Document Shredding

Allied Record has the capability of purging your in active record. Allied Record Management Software records the retention period of each document registered in it. This can be parameterized to assign a standard retention life based on the categories of different documents. Once the retention life of a document is over, the client is intimated accordingly. Based on clients’ approval, expired documents are shredded. This process ensures that the client doesn’t store documents longer than a required period and also shields organizations from risks emanating from legal discovery.
